Ideal candidates have 6 months to 4 years of sales experience, Graduation in any stream, and strong verbal/written communication plus influencing skills. Age 21-38 years.

Responsibilities

• It is a field job. You will travel within the assigned location to meet channel partner teams and customers.
• You will be evaluated on meeting business targets (Top line, Persistency, Product mix) by collaborating with and driving channel partners.
• You will accompany the channel partner teams on pre and post sales such as claim settlement.
• You will learn technology/Mobility enhancements to comply with the Sales Management Process.
• You are expected to be compliant to regulatory and statutory regulations and uphold organizational values.
