Job summary

Thinkaloud Consulting in NCR is seeking a Senior Change/Program Manager to drive Organizational Change Management initiatives across business, operations, technology, and client teams. You will lead stakeholder analysis, adoption planning, and governance to ensure successful transitions.

The role requires 10–12 years of experience in change management or transformation programs, with strong Program Management and Prosci-based approaches to ensure benefits realization and smooth handovers to BAU.

Qualifications

• Ten to twelve years of relevant experience in change management or transformation programs.
• Experience leading OCM initiatives with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
• Strong ability to plan, track, and realize benefits through transition programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives, including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, communication, and adoption planning.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders across business, operations, technology, and client teams to align transition and transformation objectives.
• Develop and track transition and change metrics to ensure milestones, benefits realization, user adoption, and operational readiness targets are achieved.
• Facilitate training, engagement, and change readiness activities to minimize resistance and accelerate adoption.
• Lead end-to-end transition programs, ensuring knowledge transfer, risk mitigation, governance adherence, and handover to BAU teams.
