Job summary

TeamLease in Mumbai seeks a Change Management professional to manage changes across locations (Airoli & Santacruz). The role requires 4–7 years of core Change Management experience with banking domain exposure and willingness to travel between sites.

Ready to operate in a 24x7 environment and must be ITIL-certified. Responsibilities include leading change initiatives, assessing impact and risk, coordinating with CAB, training users, and ensuring compliant, well-documented processes while driving

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of core experience in Change Management.
• Proven experience in Change Management with strong Banking domain experience.
• Ready to work 24x7 environment.
• ITIL V3, V4 or V5 Certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management activities using a structured and strategic framework.
• Design and implement change strategies aligned with business goals and operations.
• Evaluate change impact, organizational readiness, and potential risks to ensure smooth adoption.
• Manage the change portfolio to coordinate and track change initiatives across the organization.
• Conduct impact and risk assessments for proposed changes and develop actionable mitigation strategies.
• Support training and communication efforts, including designing and delivering user-specific training materials.
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration necessary for successful change implementation.
• Review and authorize minor change requests; coordinate with the Change Advisory Board (CAB) for high-risk or major changes.
• Validate testing and evaluation before approval of high-risk changes to ensure minimal disruption.
• Support the Change Manager during risk and impact assessments and decision-making processes.
• Review and assess the urgency, risk, and impact of emergency change requests; approve or reject, as necessary.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of emergency changes post-implementation.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the success and performance of implemented changes.
• Document change-related processes and activities, ensuring clarity and compliance.
• Support the design and scheduling of change implementations and improvement of change models.
• Report on the performance of change management processes to CAB and suggest continuous improvements.
