• Strong understanding of Change Management principles and organizational transformation.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage, influence, and manage senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Technically adept, with the ability to understand complex solutions and translate them into clear business outcomes and adoption strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including managing expectations, challenging constructively, and driving consensus.
• Ability to create high-quality executive content, communications, training materials, and leadership presentations.
• Proven ability to lead discussions with senior stakeholders on content, delivery approach, risks, dependencies, and expected outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support organizational and technology transformation initiatives by driving stakeholder engagement, adoption, communication, training, and change readiness activities using Prosci Change Management principles and the ADKAR framework.
• Conduct change impact, stakeholder, and readiness assessments.
• Develop and execute change management, communication, training, and adoption plans.
• Partner with business leaders, project teams, and sponsors to drive successful transformation outcomes.
• Identify and proactively mitigate resistance and adoption risks.
• Monitor change effectiveness and adoption metrics.

Role Summary :
