• Monitor project progress and ensure timely closure of deliverables.
• Facilitate governance meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership and project stakeholders.
• Identify delivery risks and proactively drive mitigation actions.
• Coordinate priorities across technical and business teams to ensure alignment and execution effectiveness.
• Track project metrics and provide reporting on progress, blockers, and key decisions
