Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in application development and IT delivery.
• Strong project management and leadership experience in complex or regulated environments.
• Proven experience managing multi-skilled development and maintenance teams.
• Financial services experience is mandatory; banking experience is preferred.
• Strong exposure to production support, incident/problem management and business-critical applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, SDLC and IT governance skills.
