Job summary

SLN Coffee in Bengaluru is seeking a CA/CMA with 2-3 years of FP&A experience to partner with the CFO and SLT on key financials, dashboards, and strategic initiatives.

You will build financial models, budgets, and scenario analyses, create MIS, and provide insights to drive decisions. Responsibilities include presenting to senior management and supporting IPO readiness with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA / CMA with 2-3 years of experience in FP&A, business finance or corporate finance.
• Strong financial modelling, Excel, PowerPoint, analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor key financial and operational KPIs and highlight deviations, risks and opportunities.
• Support the CFO in special projects and ad-hoc analysis as required.
• Support for IPO readiness.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Should have strong financial modelling, Excel, PowerPoint, analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to understand business drivers and convert financial data into actionable insights.
