Job summary

Salve Pharmaceuticals in Delhi seeks a senior finance leader to drive the financial function. You will develop and monitor financial strategy, budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow plans, while reviewing P&L, Balance Sheet, cash flow and MIS reports to provide management insights.

The role focuses on working-capital management, cost-control systems, profitability analysis, pricing support, fundraising and major financial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor financial strategy, budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow plans.
• Review P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and MIS reports and provide management insights.
• Monitor working capital, receivables, payables and overall cash position.
• Establish and strengthen financial controls, approval processes and cost-control systems.
• Analyse business profitability, product/customer margins and operating costs.
• Support management in pricing, investment, expansion and major financial decisions.
• Coordinate with CA, auditors, tax consultants, bankers and finance teams.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and other applicable financial requirements.
• Review accounting processes and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly management reports and CFO-level dashboards.
• Support fundraising, banking arrangements, working-capital requirements and financial negotiations, where required.
