• CA (Full/Intermediate) or CMA (Fully Qualified) required.
• 6–12 years of experience in a financial management role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis using advanced Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and financial reporting tools (Power BI, Qlik, Hyperion).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance operations (AP/AR/GL/payroll).
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital needs.
• Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls.

• Manage annual budgeting and provide guidance to department heads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of thefinancedepartment, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll functions.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure adequate funding for ongoing operations and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and implementfinancialpolicies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Prepare accurate and timelyfinancialstatements, reports, and forecasts for management, board of directors, and external stakeholders.
• Manage the annual budgeting process and providefinancialguidance to department heads to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Conductfinancialanalysis, variance analysis, and cost-benefit analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimizefinancialperformance.

Qualifications:
