Job summary

Glauben Technologies in Chennai invites a CFD Engineer - Thermal with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our advanced engineering team. You will build CFD models, set up cases in Ansa and Star CCM+, and generate clear technical reports supporting product validation.

You will analyze simulation requests from different regions, apply standardized methods, and present results in project reviews to drive decisions. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
• CFD model building and reporting experience.
• Experience with Ansa and Star CCM+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply CFD model building, case setup in Ansa and Star CCM+ and reporting.
• Ensure quality of product validation per standard checklist.
• Interpret simulation requests from multiple regions and apply standard methods.
• Prepare standard simulation reports for risk analysis.
• Validate designs and correlate calculations with measurements.
• Present results in project reviews to support decisions.
• Communicate results clearly in spoken and written form.
• Establish correlations and validations.

Responsibilities

• Apply CFD model building, case set up Ansa and Star CCM+ and reporting
• Responsible for the quality of the product validation set up according to the standard check list.
• Good understanding and comprehension of the simulation request from various regions.
• To apply a standard simulation method based on the methodology defined.
• To apply a standard simulation report for project risk analysis.
• Validate the design solutions and correlate the calculations to the measurements.
• Participate in product and project reviews to ensure high quality in simulation method and accuracy of results.
• Present simulation results in project reviews to drive decision making process
• Effective communication of results and issues verbally as well as in written reports form.
• Establishing correlations and validations
