• Proven experience building and scaling industrial / logistics / real estate platforms
• Strong understanding of joint ventures, institutional capital, and asset growth models
• Deep exposure to leasing, development, and asset monetization
• Strategic mindset with strong operational execution capability
• Ability to work closely with promoters in a high-growth environment
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
