Job Description

• Oversee portfolio performance, maximizing value, income, occupancy, and returns.
• Drive asset‑level business plans, including leasing, enhancements, capex, and value‑creation initiatives.
• Monitor and report financial performance using data‑driven KPIs and variance analysis.
• Ensure property management excellence, tenant satisfaction, cost control, and operational efficiency.
• Lead leasing strategy, tenant mix, occupancy, and market competitiveness.
• Manage and grow the REaaS platform, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and securing third‑party mandates.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and lead proposals, pitches, and commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with finance, development, operations, and other business units.
• Provide strategic insights to leadership

The Successful Applicant

• 20+ years' experience in real estate asset management and operations.
• Strong track record in managing commercial portfolios and leading leasing programs.
• Business development experience preferred, with strong asset strategy, negotiation, and financial analysis skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
• ESG awareness with experience delivering sustainability outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and investor relations capability.
• Deep knowledge of multi‑state Indian real estate regulations.
