Job summary

The Management Recruitment Group (MRG) invites applications for an Associate / Analyst to support investment and expansion strategy in the industrial and logistics real estate space in Mumbai. You will evaluate investment opportunities, land acquisitions, and build-to-suit developments, handling the full lifecycle from analysis to execution.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in real estate investments / financial modelling.
• Strong experience in financial modelling and IM preparation.
• Background in real estate, private equity, consulting, or advisory.
• MBA / CA / CFA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models (DCF, IRR, NPV, sensitivity analysis).
• Evaluate land acquisition and BTS (build-to-suit) opportunities.
• Conduct feasibility studies and investment analysis.
• Support deal structuring and transaction execution.
• Prepare investment memorandums, presentations, and internal notes.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis.
• Assist in due diligence across financial, legal, and technical aspects.

We are looking to hire an Associate / Analyst to support investment and expansion strategy within a fast-growing platform in the industrial and logistics real estate space.

This role offers strong exposure to acquisitions, financial modelling, and transaction execution, working closely with senior leadership on high-impact deals.

Role Overview

You will play a key role in evaluating investment opportunities, land acquisitions, and build-to-suit developments, supporting the full lifecycle from analysis to execution.
