Job summary

Medanta in Delhi seeks a dynamic Centre Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate clinical, administrative, nursing and support teams, and drive service utilization and centre performance.

You will monitor patient journey, ensure high standards of patient experience, manage manpower, and lead process improvements to close operational gaps, while maintaining compliance with policies and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and overall functioning of the centre.
• Ensure smooth coordination between clinical, administrative, nursing, and support departments.
• Drive patient footfall, service utilization, revenue, and overall centre performance.
• Monitor patient journey, waiting time, TAT, and identify areas for operational improvement.
• Ensure high standards of patient experience and address escalated patient concerns.
• Manage and monitor manpower, staffing, productivity, and workforce utilization.
• Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Monitor operational MIS, KPIs, revenue performance, and centre-level targets.
• Identify new service opportunities, referral channels, and initiatives to improve business growth.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, statutory requirements, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational gaps.
• Manage coordination with vendors and external stakeholders, wherever applicable.
• Conduct regular operational reviews and implement corrective actions for identified gaps.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the centre operations team to achieve organizational objectives.
