About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Centre Head / Operations Head to oversee the day-to-day operations of a hospital/healthcare centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operational excellence, team management, patient experience, resource utilization, and overall centre growth.

Educational Qualification

BHMS / BAMS

MHA / MBA (Healthcare / Hospital Administration) preferred

Relevant healthcare/hospital administration qualification will be considered.

Experience Required

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Centre Head, Operations Head, Hospital Administrator, or in a similar managerial role.

Experience in a prominent/well-established hospital or healthcare organization will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor day-to-day hospital/center operations.


• Ensure smooth coordination between clinical and non-clinical departments.


• Lead, supervise and manage hospital staff and support teams.


• Monitor patient experience, service quality and grievance resolution.


• Ensure effective utilization of manpower and other resources.

• Prepare and review operational reports, MIS and performance metrics.
