Job summary

Indira IVF Hospital in Mumbai, Maharashtra is seeking an experienced Hospital Administration professional to lead the centre’s performance. You will analyse metrics with Centre Heads, create action plans to boost B2B/B2C footfalls and drive initiatives that raise revenue and profitability.

You will oversee training, patient counselling programs, and patient experience improvements while coordinating with HO, Operations, IT, Embryology and Biomedical teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth

Qualifications

• Master's in Hospital Administration preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
• Solid knowledge of medical sciences beneficial for doctor queries.
• Proven leadership and managerial qualities.
• Good market knowledge of healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular analysis with Centre Heads on B2B B2C footfalls and conversions and create action plans.
• Communicate with Centre Heads on initiatives to increase revenue and profitability of the center.
• Increase the prescription to sale ratio of pharmacy products in conjunction with pharmacist doctors.
• Enhance treatment, financial, and psychological counselling programs through patient counsellors.
• Monitor the work of Centre tele callers and provide a proper plan for communicating with new patients/loss to follow up patients/ANC Patients.
• Identify levers to improve patient experience and develop training programs for receptionists/floor managers with support from the Corporate Patient Experience team.
• Managing performance overall work culture of the centre.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders in HO, Operations, IT, Embryology, and Biomedical to address operational issues and ensure smooth functioning of the centre.
• Ensure manpower availability as per Centre dimension.
• Training/Induction of all new recruits.
• Coordinate with the B2B sales team on the business model, adherence to SOPs, timely back referrals to referring Doctors, and feedback from Doctors on our services. To organize retail camps in coordination with the Retail Engagement Team.
• Monitor competitors activities and suggest programs to boost B2C marketing initiatives in coordination with the Corporate Marketing team.
• Improve the social media outreach of the centre increase NPS reviews.

Requirements

• Master's in Hospital Administration preferred with similar experience from Healthcare/ IVF Industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Should have excellent interpersonal and relationship management skill.
• Excellent knowledge of medical science which is helpful for solving doctor query.
• Possess Leadership Managerial qualities.
