Job summary

Centre For Sight is seeking an experienced Hospital/eye-care centre operations head to manage daily functions and ensure seamless patient care across registration, consultations, investigations, and discharge.

You will drive patient satisfaction, retention, and referrals while monitoring OPD footfall, surgeries, diagnostics, optical sales, pharmacy, and revenue metrics, in close collaboration with the Medical/Clinical Head to uphold high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-8 years of experience in managing a hospital, eye-care centre, clinic, diagnostic centre or other healthcare facility for both operations and revenue/business performance.
• Experience in an eye-care chain would be an advantage.
