Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned hospital/branch.
• Ensure smooth functioning of all healthcare operations.
• Drive revenue, branch performance, quality and customer/patient satisfaction.
• Manage and monitor counsellor, floor manager and patient care teams.
• Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor billing, pending ALs and other operational reports.
• Provide on-the-job training to Counsellors and Patient Care Associates.
• Conduct random counselling and patient calls to ensure service quality.
• Coordinate with doctors and surgeons regarding targets, high-value cases and procedures.
• Handle and resolve patient complaints.
• Prepare and submit daily/monthly reports and tour plans.
• Develop and implement SOPs for operational and service excellence.
