Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Administration
   • Handle complete HR operations of the hospital.
   • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
   • Manage joining, induction, confirmation, appraisal, and exit formalities.
   • Ensure smooth coordination between management and staff.
2. Recruitment & Staffing
   • Handle end-to-end recruitment for doctors, nursing staff, technicians, and non-clinical staff.
   • Conduct interviews, onboarding, and manpower planning as per hospital requirements.
   • Maintain adequate staffing levels across all departments.
3. Clinical Roster & Workforce Management
   • Prepare and manage duty rosters for nursing, clinical, and support staff.
   • Ensure proper shift allocation and manpower availability for all units including ICU, NICU, OT, Emergency, OPD, and IPD.
   • Coordinate with department heads for shift planning and staff adjustments.
4. Compliance & NABH
   • Maintain HR compliance as per NABH standards.
   • Ensure proper documentation, staff files, training records, and policy implementation.
   • Coordinate internal audits and support NABH inspections.
   • Ensure statutory compliances including ESIC, PF, labour laws, and HR policies.
5. Employee Relations & Training
   • Handle staff grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.
   • Conduct orientation programmes, staff engagement activities, and trainings.
   • Maintain positive workplace culture and employee discipline.
6. Coordination & Reporting
   • Prepare HR reports, manpower reports, attendance reports, and compliance updates for management.
   • Coordinate with all departments for smooth operational workflow.
