Job summary

KLAY Preschool and Daycare in Hyderabad is seeking an energetic Centre Operations Lead to oversee daily operations and manage the facility's team. You will be the primary contact for parents and staff, driving smooth center performance and a high standard of service.

The role focuses on converting walk-ins to admissions, mentoring the team, and ensuring accountability for centre profitability. Strong interpersonal skills, detail orientation, and proficiency with MS Office will help you succeed
