Job summary

NIIT Foundation, Golpahadi, Jharkhand, is seeking a Center Head to lead a local education center. The role involves managing a profit-centered unit, driving revenue, overseeing administration, marketing, and education delivery, and coordinating with local partners.

• Graduation (any stream) is mandatory.
• MBA or Diploma in Sales/Management preferred.
• Prior experience in the skilling/CSR training sector highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the center as an independent profit unit with a focus on revenue optimization, administration, marketing, and educational delivery.
• Liaise with local stakeholders including NGOs, institutes, community leaders, and location owners to build partnerships and ensure visibility.
• Conduct mobilization and counseling sessions across communities, schools, hubs, and residential areas.
• Implement, review, and improve center processes to ensure high standards in education delivery.
• Monitor education delivery for quality, manageslipage and leakage, and ensure student placement and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with HO for functional updates and ensures smooth operations.
• Lead team training, development, and retention efforts; drive team engagement and manage attrition.
• Conduct competition analysis and share market feedback for potential new product introductions.

Roles & Responsibilities
