Job summary

NIIT Foundation in Golpahadi, Jharkhand invites applications for a Center Manager role overseeing independent profit-unit operations with focus on education delivery and revenue optimization.

You will lead a team, coordinate with NGOs and local stakeholders, and drive outreach, counseling sessions, and placement results across communities and schools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in independent profit center operations and team leadership.
• Experience liaising with NGOs, institutes, community leaders and location owners to build partnerships.
• Strong administration, process implementation and education delivery oversight.
• Ability to mobilize, counsel diverse communities and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the center as an independent profit unit with focus on revenue optimization, administration, marketing and educational delivery.
• Liaise with local stakeholders to build partnerships and ensure visibility.
• Conduct mobilization and counseling sessions across communities, schools, hubs and residential areas.
• Implement and improve center processes to maintain high standards in education delivery.
• Monitor education delivery for quality, prevent slippage and ensure student placement and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with HO for updates and smooth operations.
• Lead team training, development and retention efforts; drive engagement and manage attrition.
• Conduct market feedback analysis for potential new product introductions.

ExperienceRequired

• Manage the center as an independent profit unit witha focus on revenue optimization, administration, marketing, and educationaldelivery

• Coordinate with HO for functional updates and ensuresmooth operations
• Lead team training, development, and retentionefforts; drive team engagement and manage attrition
• Conduct competition analysis and share marketfeedback for potential new product introductions

Data Management

• Maintain records related to center performance,revenue, student progress, and placement outcomes
• Submit reports on mobilization, operations, andtraining outcomes regularly to Cluster/HO teams
• Track and analyze key metrics for performance reviewand process improvements

Skills Required

• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonalcommunication skills
• Good understanding of training industry and CSR/SkillDevelopment projects
• Strong administrative and process implementationabilities
• Ability to manage stress, multitask, and lead diverseteams with enthusiasm

Qualification

• Graduation (any stream) is mandatory
• Preferred: MBA or Diploma in Sales/Management
• Prior experience in the skilling/CSR training sectorhighly desirable
