Job summary

CureAble in Delhi seeks a Senior Counsellor to conduct counselling calls, assess child needs, and guide families toward appropriate therapy programs.

You will convert leads into admissions, maintain regular follow-ups, and coordinate with therapists and the clinical team to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Coordinate with therapists and the clinical team for accurate information.
• Communicate parent feedback and concerns to the relevant team.
• Maintain daily counselling, follow-up, and conversion records.
• Engage with existing parents to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Guide junior counsellors and help improve overall counselling quality.

• Coordinate therapist schedules and daily sessions.
• Maintain communication between parents and therapists.
• Ensure all sessions start and run on time.
• Maintain daily attendance, session, and centre records.
• Manage the onboarding process for new parents at the centre.
• Handle basic parent queries and concerns promptly.
• Track therapy materials, equipment, and centre requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and a professional centre environment.
• Coordinate missed/cancelled sessions and rescheduling.
• Maintain payment records and follow up on pending payments.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly centre performance reports.
• Coordinate the centre team to ensure smooth operations, parent satisfaction, and retention.
