Job summary

Fortune Cloud Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations/Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day running of the centre in Pune.

You will supervise Sales, Technical, and HR teams, drive performance against targets, and ensure seamless coordination across departments to achieve business goals. Strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a target-driven EdTech/IT training environment are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations/centre management.
• Experience managing multiple departments or teams.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of target and performance management.
• Experience in the Education, Training, EdTech, or IT Training industry will be an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work in a target-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
