Job summary

Fortune Cloud Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a capable Operations Centre Manager to oversee end-to-end centre operations and drive performance across Sales, Technical, and HR teams. You will set targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure cross-department coordination to achieve business goals.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, clear communication, and proactive problem solving in a target-driven environment. Prior experience in Education, Training, or IT Training is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations/centre management/team management.
• Experience managing multiple departments or teams.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of target and performance management.
• Experience in Education, Training, EdTech, or IT Training industry will be an advantage.
