Talent Corner HR Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a Centre Manager for The Little Gym Centre in Bengaluru. The role demands leading Sales, Marketing and Operations with a revenue-focused mindset and a customer-centric approach toward both children and parents.

You will drive revenue, generate leads, and manage a team to deliver services, while maintaining strong client relationships and presenting solutions to prospects. This role is office-based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a direct sales and customer facing role.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Fast learner and passion for sales.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• The person must be healthy and fit since we deal with children.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Revenue targets for the centre both from new and existing customers.
• Generate Sales leads for prospective customers.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and invite them to The Little Gym Centre.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Lead a team of employees across different functions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results in various functions.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

What is the role?

This is an exciting leadership role for a young energetic go getter who loves to lead and take responsibility. It covers all the key aspects of running any business such as Sales, Marketing and Operations. It’s almost like running your own business. We are a very customer (both child and parent) focused company and we look for people who are customer centric. As the Centre Manager whilst you have overall responsibilities for all functions in the centre your primary focus is revenue generation.
