Job summary

Delhivery is seeking a logistics operations leader to oversee end-to-end processes and ensure adherence to SOPs across the zone. The role focuses on maintaining SLAs and TAT while driving cost reductions and productivity gains.

The candidate will coordinate inventory planning, warehouse design, and vendor management to support high-volume distribution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with forward and reverse flow transactions.
• Experience in managing inventory, including auditing, forecasting and planning.
• Experience in managing warehouse design and facilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of logistics, carriers, shipping policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure end-to-end smooth running of logistics operations for the zone/area.
• Adhere to operational procedures and policies; ensure timely audits are conducted.
• Be responsible for all SLA's & TAT and their maintenance.
• Work on cost reduction and productivity improvements for the region.
• Finalize LTL sites, manpower, fleet, and training for big sale events.
• Lead continuous improvement projects related to cost, service and productivity.
• Maintain operational budgets and supervise vendor activities for new clients.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and minimize escalations by timely handling queries.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Ensures end to end smooth running of logistics operations for the zone/area
• Adhere and enforce all operational procedures and policies, also ensures timely audit is

conducted.

• Responsible for all the SLA's & TAT are maintained.
• Responsible for reduction in cost and increase in productivity for the region.
• Finalization of LTL sites, manpower, fleet, training, resource planning specifically for big sale

events l.

• Handles the continuous improvement projects w.r.t., cost service and employee productivity
• Maintenance of all the operational budgets
• Supervises activities pertaining to vendor for the upcoming new client
• Ensures customer satisfaction and reduces client escalation by monitoring that the queries,

issues & grievances are taken care of within time.

• Heading the new initiatives like involving 3rd party for the distribution of shipments wherever

there are less number of packages

• Impart behavioural & soft skills training to the team as and when required.
• Monitoring security parameters across region and ensures no unlawful activity occurs

Preferred candidate profile
