Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Sales/Channel Sales.
• Experience in Building Materials, Cement, Paints, Construction Chemicals, or related industries preferred.
• Experience in handling dealer and contractor networks.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales operations in the assigned territory and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, influencers, and key customers.
• Regularly visit customer sites to generate demand, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle and develop a network of dealers and contractors to maximize market penetration and sales growth.
• Conduct site supervision to ensure proper product application practices and address customer concerns.
• Track contractor loyalty programs and ensure timely resolution of related issues.
• Organize contractor meets, promotional activities, product demonstrations, and engagement programs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities.
• Ensure availability of products, promotional materials, and support services across the territory.
• Manage receivables and monitor outstanding payments to minimize overdue accounts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer service.
• Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and territory performance updates on a regular basis.
