The Big Advantage is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to promote and sell cement products across Dergaon, Golaghat, and surrounding areas. You will develop relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and institutional clients, and work to achieve defined sales targets through regular market visits and proactive lead generation.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–5 years of sales experience in cement or construction materials.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Promote cement products to dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and project customers.
• Increase market penetration and expand the customer base.
• Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and close sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly.
• Provide technical and product-related information to customers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Appoint and manage dealers/distributors as per company guidelines.
• Monitor dealer stock levels and ensure product availability.
• Support channel partners in sales promotion activities.
• Coordinate with distributors for timely order execution and collections.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Forecast sales and prepare territory plans.
