Job summary

First Axis HR in India seeks a CCTV Sales Manager for the Eastern region (West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, Assam and nearby states) with 4+ years in CCTV/surveillance sales. You will drive business, manage dealers, and meet targets.

Role requires strong market knowledge, dealer networks, and the ability to travel extensively across the Eastern region. MBA preferred; GEM bidding expertise is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of CCTV/surveillance sales experience.
• Experience in selling CCTV cameras, surveillance systems, and access control systems.
• Strong market knowledge and dealer network; solid client handling skills.
• Ability to travel across the Eastern region.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for CCTV, surveillance, and security solutions in the Eastern market.
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, system integrators, builders, corporates, and institutional clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
• Coordinate with technical and support teams for installation and after-sales service.
• Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback to management.

The candidate should have prior experience in selling CCTV cameras, surveillance systems, access control systems, or related security products. Strong market knowledge, dealer network, and client handling skills are essential.Key Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities for CCTV, surveillance, and security solutions in the Eastern market. Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, system integrators, builders, corporates, and institutional clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings. Identify new markets, projects, and channel partners. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals. Coordinate with technical and support teams for installation and after-sales service. Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Submit daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback to management. Ensure timely payment collection from customers.Required Skills: Strong knowledge of CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR, IP Cameras, Video analytics/AI and surveillance products. Good communication and negotiation skills. Strong networking and relationship-building ability. Ability to travel extensively across Eastern region. Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools. Should have GEM bidding expertise.Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). Technical knowledge of CCTV products will be an added advantage.Preferred Candidate Profile: Existing dealer/distributor network in Eastern India preferred. Self-motivated and target-driven personality.Joining: Immediate / As per notice period
