Job summary

Dalmia Cement is seeking an operations professional to manage Mill, Roller Press and HAG systems, monitor key process parameters, and ensure target production with stable quality.

You will identify shift abnormalities from CCR, coordinate with maintenance and field teams for preventive actions, and contribute to continuous improvement by maintaining logs and reports.

Responsibilities

• Mill, Roller Press, and HAG systems for cement and raw mill grinding.
• Identify shift problems and CCR anomalies and report to attend issues to avoid breakdown.
• Achieve shift-wise production targets while ensuring consistent product quality and process stability.
• Monitor and optimize key process parameters, including throughput, differential pressure, vibration, temperature, separator, and power consumption.
• Maintain cement quality by controlling Blaine, residue, gypsum, and additive proportions as per quality standards.
• Identify process abnormalities, troubleshoot, implement corrective actions, and coordinate with field to prevent equipment breakdowns.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation teams for preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to maximize equipment availability.
• Participate in shutdown and major maintenance activities to ensure reliable plant operation.
• Maintain shift logs, production reports, shift problems to continuous improvement initiatives
