Job summary

JSW Cement invites applications for a CCR Operator to join its Mill operations. You will report to the Section Incharge (Mill) and work in the Central Control Room to monitor and control cement production processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of Roller Press Operation experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a results‑driven approach to prevent equipment downtime.

• Bachelor Degree and minimum 2 yrs experience of Roller Press Operation.
• Strong analytical ability and effective communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Central Control Room Operation
• Coordinate with all technical function for smooth operation
• Breakdown/Shutdown Expertise to save down time.
• Proactive approach and timely decision making ability in order to avoid Equipment/circuit breakdown.
• Either solve the problem on time otherwise escape the concern to immediate reporting authority.
