Job summary

Amazon India Limited is seeking a Catalog Associate, Kitchen to assist sellers with catalog creation, product listings, and imaging. You will guide onboarding and train vendors on internal tools, handling cases related to product issues and customer complaints.

The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, reviewing catalog quality, and updating SOPs to support a seamless seller experience. You will generate daily to monthly reports, onboard new processes as needed, and contribute to

• Experience with Microsoft Office products and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist sellers/vendors to get well versed with Amazon tools and provide onsite and office support for catalog creation, listing products, shipment related issues.
• Guide & help sellers/vendors for completing onboarding formalities and train them on internal tools.
• Handle various types of cases related to inbounding, product issues and customer complaints.
• Provide required inputs to seller to manage customer feedback.
• Coordinate with sellers/vendors & internal teams for Catalog creation and product imaging.
• Review Amazon catalog for content quality based on guidelines and coordinate with internal team to fix issues for better customer experience.
• Document processes and regularly update existing SOPs.
• Review and suggest SOP changes to the team based on input from Category managers.
• Handle daily, weekly and monthly business reports; onboard new processes as per business needs.

• Guide & help sellers/ vendors for completing on boarding formalities & train them on internal tools.
• Handle various types of cases related to inbounding, product issues and customer complaints
• Provide required inputs to seller to manage customer feedback
• Co-ordinate with sellers/vendors & internal teams for Catalog creation & product imaging.
• Review Amazon catalog for content quality based on per-defined guidelines & co-ordinate with internal team to fix the issues for better customer experience
• Document processes & regularly update existing SOPs
• Review & suggest SOP changes required if any to the team basis input from Category managers
• Handle various sets of daily, weekly and monthly business reports
• Onboard new processes if required as per the business needs

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• Experience with Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
