You will manage relationships, secure brand endorsements and partnerships, negotiate deals, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve revenue targets.

The ideal candidate has 3–8 years of experience, a strong industry network, and a proven track record in monetizing talent.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in Talent Management, Celebrity Management, Brand Partnerships, Artist Management, or Entertainment Business Development.
• Strong network across brands, agencies, casting directors, production houses, and entertainment companies.
• Proven ability to generate revenue through commercial partnerships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
