You will partner with Treasury, Payroll, Finance, Compliance, and Banking stakeholders, support audits and SOX, and lead automation initiatives to strengthen cash controls.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in Cash Operations, Treasury Operations, Banking Operations, or Shared Services.
• Strong knowledge of payment processing, cash management, and reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Manage ACH, wire transfers, direct deposits, returns, reversals, and banking transactions.
• Monitor cash positions and ensure timely settlement of client and corporate transactions.
• Perform and oversee bank reconciliations and resolve complex exceptions.
• Analyze cash variances and maintain supporting documentation.
• Act as SME for cash operations processes and controls.
• Handle escalated operational issues and lead root cause analysis.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Review analyst work and provide coaching and guidance.
• Develop KPI dashboards and management reports.

The role serves as a subject matter expert for cash management processes, partners with internal and external stakeholders, and contributes to process improvement, risk mitigation, and automation efforts.

• Exposure to Treasury Management Systems and Power BI/automation tools.
