Job summary

Itvedant Education Pvt. Ltd. invites dynamic professionals to join as Career Guide. You will understand students' career aspirations and guide them to enroll in suitable courses, supporting them from walk-in inquiry to full enrollment.

You will handle learner walk-ins, assess needs, and recommend programs. You will manage the admission process end-to-end, build strong relationships with learners and parents, and strive to meet monthly admission and sales targets.

Qualifications

• 1-7 years of experience in career counselling/B2C sales in education/EdTech.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a target-driven sales mindset.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and counselling skills.

Responsibilities
