Job summary

Itvedant is seeking a Career Guide to understand students' career aspirations and guide them to enroll in suitable courses, supporting them from walk-ins to enrolment. You'll handle learner inquiries, recommend programs, and manage the admission process end-to-end.

You'll build relationships with learners and parents while aiming to achieve monthly admission and sales targets in a fast-paced EdTech environment.

Qualifications

• 1-7yrs experience in career counselling/B2C sales across the education/EdTech industry.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a Target-driven sales mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication & counselling skills.
