Job summary

NEXUS CONSULTING SOLUTIONS in Bengaluru, Karnataka, is hiring for Career Counsellor - Study Abroad. We are seeking target-driven professionals to counsel students and guide them through admissions, scholarships, and visa processes.

You will manage leads via calls, chats, and walk-ins, maintain CRM records, and drive enrollment targets, with experience in study abroad counselling or overseas education. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate/PG required; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in study abroad counselling / overseas education preferred.
• Target-driven with a strong ownership mindset.
• Ability to manage leads through calls, emails, chats and walk-ins.
• Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Handle leads through calls, walk-ins, emails, chats, and online interactions.
• Manage the complete sales funnel from lead engagement to enrolment.
• Conduct profile evaluations and provide personalised guidance.
• Handle follow-ups, objections, negotiations, and customer queries.
• Guide study abroad students with admissions, SOP/LORs, scholarships, and visa processes.
• Maintain CRM records and effectively manage leads.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and prospective learners.
• Achieve monthly sales and enrolment targets.
