Job summary

Accenture in Mumbai is seeking a Candidate Source & Screen Senior Analyst with 5–8 years in Talent Acquisition. You will deliver end-to-end sourcing support for roles, build candidate pipelines, and engage talent across geographies, aligning with recruitment delivery teams and SLAs.

The role requires excellence in research, use of job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter, and strong communication. You will contribute to data accuracy, reporting, and improved candidate experience within the RPO

Responsibilities

• Recruiter will be responsible for performing day to day task as per the recruitment process guidelines: external sourcing and mining existing talent pool to meet volume requirements; data mining for new profiles; support candidate intake; develop lists of candidates to be screened; initial screening and IVR-based scoring; provide recruitment analytics.
• Must be open to Australian shift timings: (9 am to 5 pm) Australian time

What would you do? " The Talent Acquisition – Sourcing professional is responsible for delivering end-to-end sourcing support for assigned roles, skills, and geographies, working closely with recruiters and recruitment delivery teams. The role focuses on proactive talent research, candidate identification, engagement, and pipeline management to enable timely and high-quality hiring outcomes. Roles and Responsibilities:

• "Recruiter will be responsible for performing day to day task as per the recruitment process guidelines: 1. Conduct external sourcing - mine existing talent pool (Source from existing candidate database and Determine the need to source externally to meet candidate volume requirements) 2. Perform data mining for additional candidates (New profile for sourcing eligibility, Source resumes, Qualify candidate interest by appropriate technology tool and Match qualified resume to requisition) 3. Support candidate intake (application/expression of interest) using electronic, phone or paper methods and Process electronic candidate profiles/applications 3. Develop list of candidates to be screened (Pre-qualify candidate interest in opportunity and Invite candidates to apply as appropriate) 4. Initial screening of the candidates to ascertain they are QIA Automated Candidate Screening - Interactive Voice Response (IVR): Perform automated scoring exercise (Candidate takes IVR test, we to review results of IVR test via listening to specific questions, Derive the results on the basis of IVR test via listening to specific questions and Forward results of candidates meeting criteria to Staples representatives for future consideration) Recruitment Administration & Analytics: Provide recruitment administrative support and analysis - Manage candidate and requisition data for in scope processes."
