Job summary

Cynosure Corporate Solutions in Chennai invites an experienced CRM and email marketing professional to lead our CRM initiatives. You will manage campaigns, segmentation, and cross-channel engagement to drive customer outcomes across IT/ITES, Manufacturing, and other sectors.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Adobe Campaign Classic, strong communication, and the ability to work independently on complex marketing automation projects across multinational markets.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of CRM or email marketing expertise.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead CRM initiatives independently.
• Mandatory knowledge of Adobe Campaign Classic.
• Able to develop and build segments within a marketing automation platform.
• Expertise in driving customer engagement through dynamic email, push, in-app messaging, and SMS on Adobe Campaign Classic.
