Job summary

Reckon Hr Consulting in Chennai is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Inventory Executive to manage stock, issue materials to cooks and canteen staff, and coordinate closely with the kitchen team.

You will handle vendor coordination, maintain records, and ensure FIFO and FSSAI compliance, with MS Excel proficiency as a core requirement. Immediate joiners are preferred and accommodations/meals are offered as part of the package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of kitchen/inventory experience.
• Familiar with FIFO stock control and vendor coordination.
• Knowledge of FSSAI compliance and record maintenance.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
