Job summary

Khao Aur Khane Do in Chandigarh invites an experienced Central Kitchen Store Manager to oversee end-to-end inventory and store operations for our growing F&B business. You will manage daily receiving, storage, FIFO/FEFO compliance, stock audits, and coordination with vendors, Kitchen, Purchase, and Finance teams to minimize losses and ensure food-safety compliance.

We seek 3–6 years of experience in store/inventory management within hospitality or F&B, with strong Excel/ERP skills and knowledge

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in store/inventory management within hospitality or F&B.
• Experience in central kitchens or multi-outlet operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, stock audits, and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily receiving, storage, inventory, issuance, and dispatch of food, packaging, and kitchen supplies.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Conduct stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
• Coordinate with vendors and Purchase teams for timely supplies.
• Monitor wastage, spoilage, expiry, and stock variances to minimize losses.
• Ensure proper storage conditions, hygiene, temperature, and shelf-life compliance.
• Maintain compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and food safety standards.
• Ensure accurate inventory reporting and system entries through ERP/inventory software.
• Coordinate closely with Kitchen, Purchase, Operations, Finance, and Outlet teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily receiving, storage, inventory, issuance, and dispatch of food, packaging, and kitchen supplies.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure strict FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
• Coordinate with vendors and Purchase teams for timely supplies and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor wastage, spoilage, expiry, and stock variances to minimize losses.
• Ensure proper storage conditions, hygiene, temperature, and shelf-life compliance.
• Maintain compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and food safety standards.
• Ensure accurate inventory reporting and system entries through ERP/inventory software.
• Coordinate closely with Kitchen, Purchase, Operations, Finance, and Outlet teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in Store/Inventory Management within Hospitality/F&B.
• Experience in central kitchens, restaurants, QSRs, cloud kitchens, or multi-outlet operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of F&B inventory, FIFO/FEFO, stock audits, wastage control, and food safety.
• Good Excel/ERP skills with strong numerical and analytical ability.
