Job summary

Reckon Hr Consulting in Chennai is seeking a Commis 1/2 to assist in South Indian food preparation and cooking. The role requires knowledge of South Indian dishes and basic veg/non-veg prep, with emphasis on hygiene and discipline in a cafeteria setting.

The candidate will follow kitchen SOPs, work under a senior chef, and support bulk cooking for the cafeteria. Immediate joiner is preferred; food, stay, and PF benefits are provided along with a fixed shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in South Indian cooking required or knowledge.
• Ability to prep veg and non-veg dishes.
• Maintaining hygiene and kitchen discipline is essential.
• Experience in catering or cafeteria setups is preferred.
• Immediate joiner is requested by the employer.
