Job summary

Reckon Hr Consulting in Chennai is seeking a Commis 1/2 to assist in Conti, Chinese, and South Indian cooking within a busy kitchen. The role requires adherence to hygiene standards and proper portion control under the guidance of senior chefs.

You will support bulk cafeteria cooking, follow SOPs, and benefit from food, stay, PF facilities, with a fixed shift. Immediate joiner is preferred and Cafeteria/catering experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 1–4 yrs exp in Commis 1/2
• South Indian cooking knowledge
• Veg & non-veg basic prep
• Hygiene & discipline in kitchen
• Catering/cafeteria exp preferred
• Immediate joiner
