Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day café operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service

• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment
