The role requires 3–6 years of experience, strong programming in Python, TCL/TK, and Excel VBA, plus good communication with cross-functional teams. B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Automotive or Mechanical is preferred.

Qualifications

• CAE Process Automation:
• Automating virtual CAE techniques for Engineering teams, the application of such tools (MODSIM, ANSA & hypermesh) is used to assess and optimize the process.
• Develop coding to automate new and existing CAE process to reduce time and improve quality. Good communication skills needed.

Domain Knowledge:

• Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages like Python, TCL/TK, and Excel VBA to develop automation scripts, tools, and techniques for CAE applications.
• CAE Tools and Techniques: Proficiency in using CAE software tools such as 3DX MODSIM Hypermesh and ANSA for CAE process automation
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile practices and ceremonies, such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings, to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
