Key Account Manager - Automobile , Heavy Industries - R&D & Plant Roles || Non IT- Recruitment || Client Acquisition

We are looking for an experienced CAE Engineer with strong exposure to engine components and advanced CAE simulations to join our engineering team.

• Experience in Construction Equipment / Automotive / Engineering Consultancy
• 3–9 years of relevant CAE experience
• Knowledge of sheet metal & component manufacturing processes to support suppliers and cross-functional teams
• Perform advanced CAE simulations including:
  • Carry out system modeling and identify critical challenges & failure modes
  • Understand project scope, calculate loads & boundary conditions, and execute FEA
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to identify risks & improve designs
  • Recommend design improvements to enhance performance, durability & reliability
  • Work closely with test engineers to correlate CAE results and validate test methodologies
  • Prepare and present technical CAE reports & simulation summaries
• Strong fundamentals in Solid Mechanics & Structural FEA
• Hands‑on experience with engine components such as engine blocks, crankshafts, pistons, etc.
• Exposure to full product lifecycle: FEA + CFD + Fatigue
• Proficiency in Altair HyperWorks / HyperMesh, OptiStruct, nCode / HyperLife
• Experience in DOE definition & optimization studies to improve product performance
