Responsibilities / Expectations

1. FE modelling in Solid/Shell meshing of automotive components using ANSA/Hypermesh
2. Perform part‑level meshing validation
3. Perform intersection and penetration removal within subsystem
4. Perform connections like welds, adhesives, joints, etc., as per CAD within subsystem
5. Perform subsystem level quality checks as per standard checklist
6. Ensure CAE master models runnability, quality & debug appropriately
