Job summary

Satyam Venture Engineering Services Private Limited is seeking a CAD/CA E mesh engineer for Chennai. You will mesh sheet metal, plastic trims, and powertrain components per safety standards with quick turnaround times. You will collaborate with a large team and communicate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality mesh models.

Must have Hypermesh knowledge, CAD cleanup, CAD study, and the ability to review and deliver assemblies independently, including checking penetrations and intersections.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have CAD study and CAD cleanup experience.
• Should be able to produce high quality mesh models and check CAD quality.

• Candidate will be responsible for meshing Sheet metal, Plastic trims, and Powertrain components as per safety standards in quick turnaround times.
• They should be skilled in CAD study and CAD cleanup and should be able to work independently and produce high quality mesh models.
• They will be part of a large team and should be able to communicate efficiently with all stakeholders.

Domain Knowledge:

• Should have good knowledge in Hypermesh.
• Can be able to check CAD quality, issue & perform CAD cleanup., variable thickness measurement and assignment.
• Good Knowledge in meshing Sheet Metal, Plastic trims, and Casting assemblies for safety guidelines using Hypermesh.
• Should have capable to review and deliver the assembly independently.
• Should know to clear the penetration/intersection for an assembly.
• Experience in meshing Sheet Metal, Plastic trims, and Casting components as per safety standards.
