We are looking for Senior CAE/CAD Automation Developers. You will design and implement advanced automation solutions for CAD/CAE workflows, integrate with PLM systems, and lead initiatives that reduce design cycle time and improve engineering productivity. This role offers exposure to global OEM projects, cutting‑edge tools, and opportunities to mentor automation teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize CAD/CAE automation tools using CAA V5, EKL, NX Open, CATScript, TCL/Tk, Python, VB.NET, C++.
- Automate design and simulation workflows across platforms like CATIA, NX, Creo, SolidWorks, Hypermesh, Ansa, Ansys, Abaqus.
- Integrate CAD/CAE systems with PLM platforms (3DEXPERIENCE, Teamcenter) for seamless data flow.
- Implement pre‑processing and post‑processing automation for FEA/CFD workflows, including mesh generation, validation, and report automation.
- Collaborate with global engineering and IT teams to deploy scalable automation solutions.
- Drive Agile‑based development, manage sprints, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines for automation tools.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in CAD/CAE tools (CATIA V5, NX, Creo, Hypermesh, Ansa, Ansys).
- Proficiency in CAA V5, EKL, NX Open, TCL/Tk, Python, VB.NET, C#, C++.
- Hands‑on with PLM integration, automation frameworks, and data validation scripts.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology, version control (Git), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Preferred: Experience in CAE process automation, PLM migration, and team leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5–12 years of experience in CAD/CAE automation and customization.
